Unlimited Extensions
Create and store extensions which point to
your desired phone number. The customer can call your DID or
Toll Free number and enter in their desired extension to be
connected to the appropriate staff. Use this to create a large
presence even if you are a very small organization.
Unlimited Mailboxes
Create as many mailboxes as you need. When callers
enter your IVR system they can reach any of your personnel.
Each can have their own voicemail box which can be customized
for each mailbox user.
DID's
We will assign you a DID so we can point
the inbound traffic to your SIP trunk. This is a regular local
number that callers can use to reach your hosted pbx system.
Toll Free Numbers
We can assign you with a toll free number
for customers to reach your hosted pbx. This is a more
acceptable way to setup your account.
Emailing of
Voicemail's
Whenever someone leaves you a voicemail you
can have this voicemail sent to one or multiple email
addresses for follow up. The voicemail would be an attachment
within your email and you will have the option to delete the
voicemail's when they are emailed or to keep them on the
server after emailing.
Voice
broadcast VM Capability
You can also have the system voice
broadcast your voicemail to one or many phone numbers when it
is received. This is useful when working in a group
environment. The system would use a stored call flow with the
DialTel Voice Broadcast system. The mailbox would point to
that call flow and simply broadcast all incoming voicemail's
to the phone number(s) that you specify.
Message or
Transfer within Mailbox
Your callers can navigate your menus to be
filtered to the appropriate mailbox. You can give them options
such as press 1 to leave a message or press 2 to transfer.
When they go to your mailbox they can leave a message and hang
up. Likewise, they can have the call directly transferred to
the number that you preset in your account.
Follow
me Transfers
When a customer decides to transfer to the
mailbox owner, you can specify multiple phone numbers for the
system to call. Each number will be called in order until the
called party is reached. If all attempts fail then you can
route the caller back to the general voicemail box of the
user.
ANI Routing
Calls can be routed based on the incoming ANI. You would set ANI rules
and import a database for each rule. In addition, you would
assign a call flow to this rule. This would allow you to route
calls based on the ANI read by the database of your Virtual
PBX.
