Why would you use this feature?

Customers would use our Virtual Agent feature to integrate into our Voice Broadcasting/Predictive Dialer product line. Rather than transferring live calls outside our network using PSTN we would instead allow our customers to connect directly into our network. This helps to improve quality and speed of live transfers to your agents. You will also lower your long distance charges and reliance on the PSTN switched network.
