What we collect

DialTel collects basic information about new leads or accounts. This information could be gathered by:

  • Email
  • Phone
  • Direct Mail
  • Web site Forms (Quotes or Contact Requests)
  • Live Chat
  • New Customer Registration

We do not sell or share your information with any third party. All communications are strictly between DialTel and the lead or account we are servicing. You can request that we stop contacting you at anytime and we will immediately honor that request.

How we use your information

There are two types of databases where we hold our information. These are "Leads" and "Accounts".


For leads we only hold basic information. First Name, Last Name, Company Name, Web Site, Address, City, State, Zip Code, Phone Number, and Contact Notes are the most common fields we store. If a customer fills out a quote we will store that information as well in an effort to better serve you. From time to time we may send you direct mail, email, or a phone call to follow up with you and find out if there is anything we can do to help you with our services.

Our main goal is to convert you into an account and have you as our customer. We don't keep leads in our system if we know the lead does not want to do business with us. We delete all this information out of our database and try to only maintain leads that are potentially going to turn into accounts.


When a lead converts into an account we carry all that information over into the new customer account. In addition to that information we store financial information such as contracts, orders, invoices, credit memos, payment information, and other sensitive information in a secure database. We also maintain your account information within www.greendialer.com which consists of wave files, databases, login information, account history, call detail records, and any other pertinent information relating to your account. We do not share any of this information with any third party. Upon termination of your account it is possible for your data to remain in our system for some time. Every 3 months we perform database maintenance and clean out all expired accounts as part of our normal housekeeping routine. If there is a chance that the customer may do business with us in the future then we will convert the account back into a lead.

Legal Disclaimers

While we will always follow strict protocols with protecting your data, there is one situation which we have no control over. This is if we are forced by a court judgment or subpoena to disclose information about your account. In this event we must comply with the governing body to give them all information which they request as required by law.
