Yes. We can do this on a per campaign status. You can create campaigns within your account and each one will be able to have its own caller ID.
Can I do live transfers?
Yes. You can also import a customized wave file to play while the transfer takes place.
Can I leave messages on answering machines?
Yes. The dialer can recognize the difference between a live voice and an answering machine and leave the appropriate message.
Can I generate Voicemail Leads?
Yes. You can allow the called party to record a response. These messages can be downloaded from your account or you can have the leads emailed to you.
Can my callers opt-out within the call?
Yes. They can press a touchtone to be automatically added to your inhouse DNC list.
Can I run reports on my campaigns?
Yes. You can create different reports based on the campaign type that you are using.
Can I track the stats of my campaign?
Yes. You have a detailed summary and an advanced summary. The detailed summary shows a tally of all your dispositions (no answer, transfer, etc.) The advanced summary shows you analytical values such as your answer/transfer ratio.
Can I schedule my campaigns in advance?
Yes. You can create a schedule and then run this schedule within your desired date range. It is easy to setup multiple schedules for all your campaigns.
Do I need to buy any equipment?
No. Everything is completely hosted. All you need is a high speed internet connection to administer your account.
How do I pay?
We accept PayPal, Checks, Money Orders, Wire Transfers, and Bank Cash Deposits. We can also run ACH transactions from your checking account.
How do I check my account balance?
Your balance can be checked online within your account.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Our service is pay as you go. You will only get charged for the successful calls that you terminate. There is no charge for no answer, busy, ringing time, etc.
