SUBSCRIPTION Q/A

Can I upgrade my subscription?

Yes. You can upgrade your subscription at anytime. This will start a new monthly subscription and reset the billing cycle. Any existing minutes balance will be added to the new subscription.

Can I downgrade my subscription?

Yes. You can downgrade your subscription at anytime. The changes will not take effect until the start of your next billing cycle.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at anytime. Any remaining minutes on your monthly billing cycle will be forfeited and your account will be de-activated.

Can I auto-renew my subscription?

Yes. You can enable or disable auto-renewal of your subscription at anytime.

Do I lose my remaining minutes at the end of my billing cycle?

If you choose a Bronze or Silver subscription, you will lose any minutes that are not used within the billing cycle. If you choose a Gold, Platinum, or Diamond subscription, your minutes will rollover.

Can rollover minutes be lost?

Only if you downgrade from a Gold, Platinum, or Diamond subscription to a Bronze, Silver, or Pay as you go subscription. In this event you would need to use your remaining minutes before the end of the current billing cycle.

How do monthly phone number rentals affect subscriptions?

When you order phone numbers we will pro rate the charges into your subscription. When you cancel phone numbers we will stop the billing. There are no prorated refunds for cancelled numbers. They will stay active until the end of the billing cycle.

How do monthly phone number rentals affect pay as you go plans?

When you order phone numbers we will start a new monthly billing cycle for the numbers you order. Any future orders will pro rate into your monthly billing cycle. Phone numbers that are cancelled will stop billing at the end of your current billing cycle. If you upgrade from pay as you go into a subscription, your phone numbers will pro rate into the subscription.

What destinations can I call?

You can make and receive calls from the United States and Canada. If you would like to make calls to international destinations, please fill out our contact form to inquire.

How do I figure out how many calls I could make with a plan?

I would estimate that each minute is consumed by making 4-6 call attempts and 50% of your call attempts connect successfully. 2,500 minutes would most likely make roughly 10,000 – 15,000 call attempts.

How do my calls get billed?

You only get charged for completed calls. Any call attempts that are no answer, busy, disconnect, will not get charged. Also, you do not get charged for ringing time, only from the time the phone is answered until the time the phone is hung up.

What is 6-second billing?

This means we round up call length to the nearest 6 seconds. Phone calls that last for 15 seconds would get billed at only 18 seconds. This saves your credits as opposed to other service providers who may round up to 30 seconds or 60 seconds for short duration calls.

Can I track my billing and spend on my campaigns?

Yes. You can see the billing happening in real time minus a few minutes. Our billing engine is constantly processing calls so it could take up to 5 minutes in heavy traffic for all your calls to appear.

What happens if you overbill me and my credits go negative?

If you are on a subscription, we will eat this cost and set your credits back to 0 automatically. Those calls will be free!

Do you provide data?

No. We do not provide data services.

Do you provide Caller ID?

No. We do not provide Caller ID for Voice Broadcasting campaigns.

Do you sell leads?

No. We do not sell any leads.
